In the beginning of 2021, we received an inquiry from a regular customer about a Canadian project, which requires 280 tons of LSAW for the government tunnel project in the country. Specifications are 762mm * 15.9 mm and 610mm * 15.9mm, standard is Canadian CSA- G40.21 350 AT, and the factory is required to have CSA 47.1 certification(only a few factories in the market have this certificate at present). After careful communication and understanding, due to the importance of the project, certification became one of the first prerequisites for cooperation. In order to better meet the market development needs, our factory obtained this certification for many years. For this weather resistant steel, Xinyue team has very rich production and exporting experience. We provided certificates, relevant export documents and production technical data to customers, which has aroused the interest of customers and entered the negotiation stage formally.

During the negotiation, the customer was invited to visit Xinyue’s production workshop and laboratory. Customers were very satisfied with various hardware facilities, highly recognized and praised the early service, then immediately confirmed to sign the procurement contract with Xinyue, and expressed full confidence in this cooperation!

Before the start of the project, PQR and WPS must be approved by Canadian certification authority before production and processing. After two weeks of efforts, we successfully passed the examination and audit. In the production process, Xinyue strictly followed the technical parameters of ITP and MPS, and carried out appearance, physical and chemical inspection on raw materials; In addition, the goods were strictly implemented in accordance with the technical standards such as weld, size, chemical mechanics, UT and RT required by customers;

At present, this order has been successfully produced under the whole process supervision of a third party, all the welding evaluation and inspection have passed and recognized by the Canadian welding Bureau. The goods are in the stage of shipment.
