The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of China. It is also known as the four traditional festivals in China, together with the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival and Mid Autumn Festival. It is said that it is a festival derived from commemorating the historical figure Qu Yuan. Since ancient times, every year on the fifth day of May, there are many activities, like dragon boat races, eating zongzi, drinking realgar wine and wearing sachets. In addition to dragon boat racing and eating zongzi, customs vary from place to place. In many places, wormwood is hung in the gate on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival. Such the custom express people’s  intention of dispelling pathogenic diseases, expelling mosquitoes and insects, and ensuring safety.
