At 2019 exhibition, we had first short meeting with customers. The customers’ schedule time was very tight, but they were very interested in our steel pipe exhibits. After a brief communication, we exchanged business cards.
The Customer mainly serves local coal mining company in South America. What’s more, the customer owns a processing and welding factory, importing steel pipe and fittings from various countries for further processing to the owner.
After the customer returned, we had been kept closed communication online, promoting new products and technologies. During communications, we had provided 18 quotations, 8 project technical consulting services, and more than 100 emails. In the current severe epidemic situation, Xinyue’s quality and service were highly recognized by customers and confirmed Xinyue as their company’s new steel pipe supplier.
In mid-April, We signed a trial order.API 5L standard, Steel grade GRB, steel pipe diameters range from 12 inch to 24 inch. Those pipes needed further processing. They were sprayed with polyurethane paint and required the sandblasting level to reach SA2.5. Xinyue has more than 10 years experience of supplying anti-corrosion pipes, actively provides technical documents and exported records to customers. Since both ends of the steel pipe needed welded flanges, pipe roundness requirements should meet the API 5L standard. Xinyue fully took its own inventory advantages, selected qualified products and actively prepared for customers.
