Our company has strong production capacity. Regarding on the 14 polyethylene external protective pipe production lines, it uses Vacuum sizing, spray cooling, automatic cutting, International advanced mold and Germany Klaus Maffei extruder. More than 200 thousand tons of Φ90-Φ1860mm polyethylene external protective pipes are produced annually. We also have 8 polyurethane Prefabricated Direct Buried Insulation Pipe Production Lines, 2 PU600 high pressure foaming machines, 4 PU 300 foaming machines, 6 PU200 foaming machines, the size range 4000 kilometers of DN20~DN1600mm thermal insulation pipe can be produced. Our company is also equipped with 7 steel set of steel steam insulation pipe automatic winding machines, 16 automatic argon arc welding machines and 28 Senior welders.
Thermal insulation pipe is suitable for transferring various media in the range of -50℃—150℃. It is widely used in the transportation of central heating, cooling and hot oil, it also can be used fro heat preservation or cold preservation projects in heating rooms, cold storage, coal mines, petroleum, chemical industries and other industries. The steel set of steel steam composite insulation pipe can be divided into two categories according to different sliding methods: Internal sliding type and External sliding type, every pipe joint insulation treatment technology is mature and reliable.

At the same time, thermal insulation pipe processing and on-site trenching are performed in parallel, and only on-site joints are required, which can shorten the construction period by more than 50%.
