The customer is a trader in the Middle East and it’s the first time to contact with steel pipe trade. In order to understand Xinyue, the customer asked a agent in China to inspect factory. We shared previous cases and experiences, therefore, the customer could know our culture and operation philosophy. In addition, we invited the agent to visit the factory, so that customers could witness the production strength of Xinyue more directly. Finally, the agent gave a high evaluation, laid a good foundation of signing contract.

This is the first time of cooperation between two sides, Xinyue provided a quotation with our sincerity, fully displayed the whole product production process and trade process to the customer. To a certain extent, the customer’s trust was increased, so the customer soon decided to sign an order with Xinyue. During the whole production process, Xinyue lived up to expectations, strictly followed the standards, and successfully completed in delivery period. At present, all the goods are sailing across the ocean to the Middle East, and the expected arrival time is the end of December 2021.
