These two orders are both from the same customer, a regular customer in Africa who has ordered steel products from Xinyue many times. At the beginning of 2022,
the customer informed that the replacement valves for the oil platform which were supplied last year had been put into use smoothly. There is no need for customers to express their praise both in terms of quality and delivery time. They are willing to express their love for Xinyue with practical cooperation, so they have the next two orders, which were signed with Xinyue on April 6th and May 9th this year.Both of them are oil platform replacement valve project.

The difficulty of this project is the drawings. Because it is a replacement project and it has been a long time, the customer has no drawings of the original valve.
The valve is used as the connection carrier between the pipelines. A slight deviation will cause the fail installationl, or affect the overall pipeline operation.
Xinyue has always treated everything with a rigorous working attitude. Our technical staff asked the customer for multi-angle photos of the scene. After repeated viewing,
they conducted in-depth discussions and communication with the customer’s technical staff. Finally Xinyue provided a detailed drawing to the client.
After the confirmation by the customer, the two orders started at the same time, Xinyue provided timely feedback on details and progress to customers.
All the hard work and effort are worth it. At present, the two orders have passed the third-party inspection and have been successfully shipped to the customer’s destination port.
