Xinyue group contains many product categories, galvanized welded pipe and galvanized seamless pipe are two of the most famous products in Xinyue, both of them occupy a high market share in the steel market. In March 2021, we received inquiries from our regular customers in South Korea, customers asked and understood such famous products in detail. After listening to the needs of customers and analyzing the specific uses of customers carefully, we immediately organized the technical department to discuss the technical scheme and submitted the optimal scheme for customers in a short time.

In the preliminary demand survey, we knew that this batch of goods was divided into two batches and was used for local well-known power plant projects, if we wanted to participate in construction, must be underwent strict bidding review procedures at all levels. In addition, the contractor paid more attention to the quality of products, therefore the order had strict inspection and acceptance standards. The technical team from Xinyue offered detailed technical documents and technical reports with a complete set of factory qualification documents for the contractor. After two months efforts, Xinyue assisted the customer to take the power plant project perfectly. At the same time, we got into the list of suppliers of end customers through our quick responsiveness of the business, the timeliness of price update and the maturity of technical scheme.

At present, the first batch of goods has been successfully shipped and arrived at the South Korean port in early June. After the customers received the goods, they carried out a full set of inspection on the whole batch of goods. The products exported by Xinyue not only passed the inspection smoothly, but also laid a good foundation for successfully winning the second batch order of goods.
