We recommend group meeting and factory inspection through video, the third-party inspection, online advertising, etc, then our customers could understand Xinyue deeply, knowing Chinese steel production process and price advantages , even though they were not on the spot.

The new customer from Saudi Arabia made a deal with us under such strategy on April. The customer successfully ordered 323.9*12.7 ASTM A500 Grade A36 ERW steel pipe with 400 tons, after many times of calling, video meeting.The customer also arranged the third-party inspection and evaluation of Xinyue’s operating.

The customer focused on the quality and deliver time because of construction project usage. We suggested customer to do ends process after knowing the usage of those pipes. At the same time, all the products were successfully completed and passed the third-party inspection. Now, all the products are already delivered.

Challenge and opportunity are coexist. Xinyue always insists on our mission and work hard constantly.
