At the beginning of April, Xinyue received a order intention from this customers, and submitted a optimal plan with inventory the first time. Due to the uncertain purchase quantity from customers, the further negotiation is not successful. Considering the overall project operation, Xinyue constantly updated the price for customers according to the market situation, so that customers could know the domestic market  on time. During this period, the new policy of export tax published by government and the steel price frequently rose, Xinyue immediately informed customers. Finally, the customer confirmed the order quantity at the end of April. This batch order products are more than 600 tons of steel sheet piles, 9 meters and 12 meters in length.

Under the situation of strained shipping space, in order to make sure the delivery on time, Xinyue’s logistics department coordinates with many other parties, immediately prepared the goods and booked the shipping space as soon as receiving customer’s advance payment. At present, all the goods had been gathered at the port and must be arrived in New Zealand before the date agreed in the contract.
