This order comes from a local contractor in the Philippines,
and the product is used for the
construction project of the elevated bridge.
The customer is responsible for the
overall design and construction of the project.
In 2022, the customer had already ordered the
steel pipe part of the project from our company,
and this time it is to order the elbow
for connecting the steel pipe.
The entire project requires a total of 188 elbows.
The client submitted 70 drawings to
our company in 4 installments,
and made 4 revisions during the process.
To avoid causing product size deviations,
every time they received the drawings,

after the completion of elbow production,

wall thickness, degree, and spray label
of the product to ensure that each elbow
leaving the factory is a qualified product.
