Today, we are introducing our regular customer from UAE, who is a local trader and has two processing plants. The customer has been continuously

purchasing various types of steels from Xinyue for four years since 2019. The galvanized steel coil is used for a local hotel construction project.

In the early stage of the project, the customer also purchased aluminum coils and plates from our company for many times.

On June 10, our company received the inquiry form this customer. The product specifications are basically the same as previous orders.

We provided the customer with two different thickness schemes of 1.35mm and 1.5mm for reference, and the wall thickness control and

delivery date strictly comply with the customer’s requirements. After a brief discussion, Xinyue won this order at a price slightly higher than

other competitors. The key to winning orders and customers this time lies in the years of tacit understanding and trust, and the sincerity
