This time we want to talk about a regular customer in Australia. We started the first cooperation from four years ago. As time goes by, Xinyue has already concluded a deep friendship with customers. From customers to friends, from never knowing to trust, and mutual trust has became a tacit understanding. In order to provide the best products to customers, we listened to the contents of each customer’s order and actively dug deep customer recessive demand. Similarly, all quotations were always readily accepted by customers and he would never ask Xinyue to reduce the price, because he knew that Xinyue would put the benefit of customers in the first place every time. Such a tacit understanding stems came from previous successful cooperation. Appreciated customers for their support and trust in Xinyue over the years, which made Xinyue’s road of foreign trade meaningful.
In April 2021, we received a new order from this regular customer. The products required in this order were seamless steel pipes, which were basically similar to the specifications and materials of the customer’s previous orders, but there was a slight difference. This time, customer added the demand for FBE coating for pipe fittings. This customer never had this requirement before. In order to provided better services for the project, sales engineers communicated and understood from customers that those products were used for drinking water pipelines, which involves local livelihood projects. To ensure the safety of drinking water, the pipe fittings must met the food level. Based on this seemingly simple “small change”, Xinyue convened all members of the project team to hold regular project meetings and refined the work principles of each department. The company had always believed that products had no size, but the quality of pipe fittings related to food must be strictly controlled, and provided the best quality products. After the completion of all products, Xinyue strengthened the quality inspection for this batch of goods. In addition to the conventional size and wall thickness tests, we also conducted pressure tests on the pipe fittings, and carefully inspected the coating to ensure the anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance of the products. Finally, the test results fully met the customer’s order requirements. All the goods set sail in early July and were sent to the customer’s port of destination.
We hope that the friendship boat we built together with our customers will always sail in the ocean of trade. The two sides will continue to support each other and win-win together.
