Four years ago, we successfully cooperated with a large contractor customer in the United States. The structural round pipe provided by Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group was used without any problem during four years, so we got positive feedback from customers. During this period, we had maintained good communications with our customers.

In 2020, we received an inquiry about a construction structural steel project from this customers, more than 500 tons of rectangular steel tubes were required. In addition, the tube with different specifications and lengths had different production requirements. However, due to the impact of the international epidemic COVID-19, the project was delayed until the middle of April 2021. Chinese steel market and global shipping price rose sharply when the project started again. The construction period is tight and the quality requirements are strict: cargo delivery time shorten to half in 30 days, all the good shall be delivered within 45 days, and the third party supervising was required during the whole process.

Through several telephone conferences with customers, we discussed and confirmed the delivery plan, analyzed the market situation, etc. At the same time, Xinyue’s domestic production department actively held meetings to ensure the details of customer’s requirements. Production and other departments audit specifications again and again to avoid the error rate of mm or m in inch. In order to match the customer’s schedule, the final internal agreement was reached: all cargo production need to complete within 35 days, all the goods need to deliver at once! The customer said that it was unbelievable, but he still firmly reached a cooperation intention with Xinyue and signed a purchase contract in the market rise range at the end of April.

Xinyue actively coordinates the production plan. At present, all the raw materials are in place. Productions are producing in full swing according to the plan. In order to ensure the efficiency and quality at the same time, the third-party inspection is also carried out simultaneously. So far, everything is going well in terms of time schedule and quality.
