On February 2021, Xinyue was fortunate to participate into a project about mine construction undertaken by a foreign customer. The customer sent more than 20 pages of drawings, products are required to be processed according to the drawing. The product was a welded component, which was composed of steel pipes, flanges, valves, heads and tees, which used to connect mineral mining pipelines. The product had strict requirements for welding wages and welding methods, required 6G qualified welders strictly follow the API 1104 standard for welding, performed RT, UT and PT inspections on the finished products. The inspection standards strictly follow ASME 31.3, at the same time, CWI inspector was required to report on the experiment and perform authentication.

After 2 months production, the goods had completed in April. Considering the particularity of the goods, it was important to pack and protect the products from damage. After a meeting between the logistics department and the freight forwarder, the packaging details of the product were finally decided: all the flanges at both ends of the welding parts are inlaid with non-fumigation wooden boards and the outer frame is welded with channel steel to ensure that the flanges would not be damaged during transportation. Under the tight shipping schedule and more than 100 welded parts need to pack , the shipowner only give us 6 days to do this work. Based on the principle of “customer first”, Xinyue urgently adjusted the deployment of workers and purchased packaging materials, worked day and night without stopping. Finally, we completed the packaging of all welded parts perfectly. Now all welded parts are being sent to Tianjin Port for dispatch.

Positive enterprising and active changing are important factors why Xinyue can develop constantly. Only in this way, we are not afraid of challenges and move forward steadily.
