With decades of deep cultivation in the field of steel pipes, “Xinyue” has won the trust of customers from more than 80 countries in different regions with its products, quality and service.

The products shipped this time were black square tubes and round tubes. From inquiry to order, it took less than a month. The customer’s background was a trading stockist in Ghana. As the products were conventional, we issued a quotation scheme for customers as soon as we received the inquiry. Then we received effective feedback from the customer at first time. The customer expected to purchase within one month. In view of the special situation of the epidemic, in order to deepen new customers’ understanding of the Chinese market and Xinyue, customers were invited to hold the first time video conference in mid May. As a large stockist in Ghana, the purchasing area selected by customers in the past was more dependent on Nigeria. This was also the first time attempt to purchase from China. Combined with the customer’s local market sales, we specially set up a purchasing group, invited the customer to participate in the discussion of quotation scheme, meeting and other matters. In order to meet the local market demand, we customized several versions of quotation schemes with different outer diameter, wall thickness and special tolerance. Finally, the cooperation was reached after the second video conference between the two sides.

Before shipment, the technicians of Xinyue quality inspection department conducted strict inspection on all goods, and a professional third-party conducted secondary re-inspection to ensure that the product quality fully meets the customer’s requirements. All test results and photographs of goods were sent to the customer in time at first time, so that the customer could grasp all product conditions in time although he did not visit in person. The customer affirmed Xinyue’s attentive service and strong supply capacity, and immediately decided to add the order volume of three cabinets. At present, the first batch has been successfully shipped, and the second batch is waiting for ships to dock.
