Since the order required precision steel pipe, the tolerance was several times stricter than conventional steel pipe. The customer required the outer diameter tolerance was only +/- 0.3mm and the wall thickness tolerance was +/- 0.28mm (See the picture for product specifications).

In the past, all products cooperated with this customer were conventional products. The customer still had some doubts about the precision steel pipe in this cooperation. It was better to prove our ability by actual action than by boasting. Then, our company suggested the customer purchased products as the first batch of orders. On the one hand, the customer could verify the strength and ability of Xinyue. Meanwhile, later orders could also be executed by referring to this batch of standards. On the other hand, the delivery of the first batch of orders could also solve the problem of tight project delivery.

Based on the trust of previous cooperation, the customer readily accepted Xinyue’s suggestions, and Xinyue lived up to expectations and completed the first batch of ordered products with quality and quantity. After repeated inspection by the third party, the precision pipe of Xinyue fully met the tolerance required by the customer’s standard, and all outer diameter and wall thickness tolerances were controlled within + / – 0.01mm. At present, Xinyue has shipped the first batch of ordered products as scheduled, and all goods are sailing to the customer’s port of destination.

After receiving the inspection data from the third party, the customer immediately called our company, highly praised Xinyue’s products and services, and took the initiative to discuss the details of the second batch of orders with Xinyue. After a short negotiation, the two sides quickly signed the contract, the customer also prepaid the deposit at first time, and Xinyue also booked the earliest container ship for the customer, To ensure that the customer can receive the goods in time and met the project delivery date.
