Today, we are talking about a UAE customer who has worked with Xinyue for the first time since the end of 2020. The customer’s projects are all over the world. During the cooperation, the product needs of customers were complex, involving all kinds of steel products. In order to meet the customer’s needs, we constantly upgraded our supplier resources and expanded the product types, ensure the high quality, the accurate delivery time and the fast delivery of each order. Because of such strong guarantee, we successfully cooperated with customers for 7 orders during half of a year.

In June 2021, we received the customer’s inquiry. This order sent to Middle East with 1200 tons of galvanized steel coil. At the end of last year, the project ordered the same product with 600 tons, which had successfully shipped at the beginning of this year. After receiving the goods, the customer praised the products “Made in China”, therefore, Xinyue got the opportunity of reorder from customers. The customer soon reached a cooperation intention with us. With the experience of last successful cooperation, the operation of this order was smoother and faster. After signing the contract, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the order, we immediately carried out the key works, including factory selection inspection, space booking and handling COC inspection certificate. Any step was rushed to complete in first time. Finally, the delivery time was one week ahead of the time of signing the contract, which effectively shortens the customer’s waiting time.

At present, the goods have been successfully shipped and will arrive at the destination port soon. We are looking forward to further feedback when customers receive the goods, and we also look forward to more cooperation with this customer in the future.
