The end user of this project is Libya Petroleum Company. The first time we received the inquiry of the project was at the end of April 2021.

The required products were seamless steel pipes with a total of 1,400 tons and external coated with the 3LPE . In the early stage of the offer,

customers request Xinyue to provide a full set of technical documents of steel pipes and coatings, such as ITP, MPS, QCP, etc.

Through the closely cooperation of The sales department and the technical quality control department.  Xinyue quickly integrate

the whole documents and shared to end customer for review. In the later stage of negotiation, Xinyue has always been

customer-centric and always put customers’ interests first. We have submitted many sets of quotation schemes for customers’ reference,

measurement and selection, Xinyue also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages one by one. After client’s careful comparison,

the customer gladly accepted our suggestions and determined the best option. In the end,  as we expected, Xinyue successfully

helped customers win the project!

At present, the order is progressing smoothly. During the production process, the customer appointed

a professional third -party company to supervise the whole process. All data meets the contract requirements, and the overall progress

 of the order will be completed in mid -January.
