In mid July 2021, Xinyue received an inquiry from South Korea. This was a new customer. The customer was a local sprinkler fire control manufacturer in South Korea. The customer had two factories in South Korea. The company was a large local processing enterprise. The steel pipe purchased from our company was used as the raw material. Due to the first cooperation, in order to better enhance mutual understanding, the customer decided to purchase a batch of sample first, two size of seamless steel pipe with 48.3*3.68*190mm and 60.3*3.91*195mm. The internal and external surfaces of the pipes must be smooth required by the customer. At the same time, the customer also paid much attention to the deviation of the outer diameter, wall thickness and length of the products. Xinyue shew the past successful cases, expounds the growth history and development concept of Xinyue to customers, which fully demonstrated the professionalism and strength of Xinyue in all aspects and effectively eliminates the customer’s doubts. Finally, we successfully signed the sample contract and delivered the goods as scheduled. In the process of sending samples, we happened to have a customs inspection, and the time was slightly delayed, but this did not hinder our work. Our business specialist continued to track the delivery progress of samples, provided real-time feedback, positively faced the problems and left a good impression on customers.

As expected, the customer was very satisfied after receiving the sample, immediately decided to start formal cooperation, and expressed us a new purchase intention. The two sides conducted detailed negotiation and communication. The purchased product was 83*10.3mm seamless pipe with different lengths from 6m to 8m. Combined with the specific needs of the project, the business specialist had customized the service plan and provided reasonable quotation for the customer. Recently, the good of this order has been successfully shipped to Korea and arrive at destination port soon. Although this order is coming to the end, Xinyue’s service is always online as long as customers need it.
