Due to changes during the intermediate design, we have updated the quotations for customers several times as required. In addition, we provided relevant technical support as well. At the beginning of March, the customer officially informed us that the first phase of the design has been completed, the final purchase specifications and quantities were sent to us. After the quotation was given to the customer, the vice president and purchasing manager directly contacted us for detailed communication, because of the importance of project. After knowing that the customer’s delivery was urgent, our company actively coordinated and informed the customer that it could be delivered on-the-spot. The customer confirmed the order finally based on bulk cargo shipment.

After receiving the advance payment from the customer, our company actively arranged logistics and other related processes. The logistics department delivered the goods to the port on time, as soon as receiving the delivery notice from the forwarder. The ship is sailing currently, heading for the customer’s port of destination at full speed.
