It only took 5 days from receiving an inquiry, which was about more than 300 tons of seamless steel pipes for a government project in West Asia, to confirm the cooperation and sign the contract. It once again set a new record of the shortest transaction of orders in Xinyue Steel. This was not only the customer’s trust in Xinyue, but also the result of the Xinyue steel brand and reputation built by successive generations of Xinyue people.

After receiving the inquiry and communicating, customers had negotiated with several suppliers for the project, would sign a contract at the second day possibly. The reason why they contacted us was through recommending by the industry. Due to the project related to people’s livelihood, customers had strict requirements for the delivery, quality and related production qualifications. Before they found us, they did not receive a full set of relevant documents they wanted. As it happens, Xinyue has rich project experience and successful cases about seamless oil pipeline. Immediately, we provided a complete set of past project list, product quality and production related qualifications overnight, giving the customer enough trust.

During the five days, we keep in touch with customers. Technical department was also on standby, in order to solve any doubt from customers at any time. Although it was the first time to cooperate, Xinyue impressed to our customers through our rich experience of cooperation and project, quick response from engineer and highly value technical documents. We received the bank slip at the fifth day from our customers. It was a highly recognition for Xinyue steel quality, price and delivery time.

At present, the order was completed successfully, all the product are using in the project. We have received feedback from customers, they provide high  assessment to our quality and delivery time. Moreover, the customer has long term cooperation willingness with Xinyue. Within the shortest time, Xinyue with the good quality steel pipe, satisfied delivery time report back to customers’ trust.
