In June 2021, Xinyue successfully shipped a batch of high-quality pipeline to a new Australian customer. The acquaintance with this customer began in early 2020, then we kept in touch with this customer regularly, including communicated the promotion of new projects, the sharing of market prices, and the discussion of technical solutions. Through constant communication and hundreds of services, customers gradually from cognition, understanding to recognition about Xinyue. Finally, we became good friends.

In May of 2021, we knew that the customer had a purchase plan for a new order. In view of the previous in-depth communication with this customer, we showed our company’s successful cases and service strength to the customer. The customer was willing to try to start a new round of cooperation with Xinyue. On 20^th of May, we officially received an inquiry from this Australian customer. After detailed consultation and determination of the scheme, Xinyue provided the most sincere price and service support at first time. It was worth congratulating that the professional efforts of the business finally achieved results, we received the Po from the customer the next morning. The order required two containers of as1163 c350 ERW steel pipe, after receiving the Po, Xinyue arranged the production as soon as possible. All the goods were completed within 15 days. In addition, those products had been inspected to be qualified and smoothly shipped, a series of operations were fast and effective. we handed over a perfect performance sheet to the customer, which also proved Xinyue’s ability with practical strength.
