In 2017, I was acquainted with this regular American contractor customer, and successfully cooperated with him to complete many batches of steel products. The cooperation experience was good, the customer’s evaluation was quite high as well. Last year, the customer successfully won a steel structure project. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the project was delayed until recent days and it started again; Similarly, affected by the epidemic, China’s steel market and global ocean freight soared in 2021. We repeatedly analyzed the market situation and trend for our customers, and provided them the greatest support and guarantee on the delivery date. Due to the tight construction period caused by the delay, Xinyue vowed to guarantee that the delivery rate of the first 30 days is 50%, and all deliveries were completed in 45 days, in order to ensure the completion of customer terminal project on time.

More than 500 tons of square steel pipe were needed in this project. All the products required different length, dimension and standard. Therefore, it was particularly important to control the product details during the production process. The excellent engineering personnel of the production department were asked to invest in the production line of the goods. The QC department inspected multiple times to avoid the error of inch and foot conversion. In addition, we cooperated with the third party from the customer to supervise the whole process.

Xinyue cooperates with the third party in every process for inspection, including raw materials inspection, physical and chemical inspection, and production process inspection. Through this time good supply cooperation, the customer will place a batch of new orders in the middle of May, which is enough affirmations and supports for Xinyue. In order to save the cost for the customer, we actively communicate and coordinate with the shipping agencies to book the bulk carriers for the customer. There is no unloading port in the middle, then we save a lot of ocean freight for the customer and ensure the smooth arrival of the goods at the fastest speed.
