At the end of May, a batch of elbows produced by Xinyue were already on the way to Vietnam,a new batch of high quality products export from China with Xinyue’s expect and pride.

Xinyue has many words to say about this order. It started with an exhibition many years ago.The idea of development about Xinyue impressed the customer. As business range of customers expands, we had more communications.Customers always thought about us at first time. In addition, the customer was confident in us during the whole process from sending inquiry to negotiation. Then, the order was placed by this customer, it showed the continuation of good relationships between us.

The order was related to liquid transportation project and contained hundreds of products, including pipes and fittings.We set up a specific project team from receiving inquiry on February,in order to provide high quality services and products.The products in this order were complex with high technical process, we insisted on management accurately and provided drawings for customers until they satisfied. Finally, customers were touched by Xinyue people’s insistence and efforts, placed a trial order about elbows as a sample to negotiate with end users.

During the order execution period, coincides with the adjustment of tax rebate and the increase on market.Although we already signed contract, we still communicated sincerely after comparing national steel price.The customer expressed understanding and supporting.Think about what customers think, do what customers need. We provided images with reports as feedback to customers timely as returns of customer’s trust.

The freighter carrying the samples has set sail. It’s the beginning of cooperation between us. Based on trust and cooperation, we are looking forward to develop Southeast Asian market together.
