On December of last year, we got the first time of cooperation with this Korean customer, providing a container of seamless pipe as a trial order. After the customer received the goods, a series of inspections were carried out. The inspection results showed that our products were excellent with quality, customers gave affirmation to our products and services. During the Spring Festival, we also maintained communication with customers and noticed that customers had plans for the next batch of purchases in March. At the beginning of March, we kept and provided 2-3 times a week of timely feedback about the market situation to our customers, so that customers could better grasp the Chinese market. After one week of communication, the customer confirmed the order with us, which was JIS3454 STPG 370 seamless steel pipe for 2 containers.

Unfortunately, after the end of production, it coincided with the adjustment of China’s tax rebate policy. We communicated effectively with customers as soon as possible. After understanding China’s new policy in detail, the customer actively bearded part of freight based on confirmation of our operation and trust. In addition, they expressed their intention of long-term cooperation. Depend on current new policy, we support each other and achieve win-win development. At present, the goods have been delivered from Tianjin Port to South Korea. After receiving the goods, customers can quickly start production and processing work.
