After regular Filipino customers placed orders in mid May this year, the business specialist always maintained close communication with customers. We also knew that the customer needed to purchase another batch of steel pipes with the specification of Q355B OD2024mm x12mm. Due to the required wall thickness of the product was too thin, it was easy to cause deformation of the finished product. Then, Xinyue advised the customer to increase the thickness. However, due to the project demand, the customer’s Project Engineering Department did not accept our suggestion, still replied the original wall thickness. In order to meet the customer’s product requirements, Xinyue immediately organized the technical department to discuss the technical scheme with the production department, and finally submitted the scheme of pipe end support to ensure that the finished product would not deform. The customer analyzed the technical scheme submitted by Xinyue, determined the feasibility, and without hesitation to place an order for 8 containers.

In mid July, according to the customer’s product requirements, all the goods had been successfully produced and completed. In order to avoid any damage to the steel pipe during shipping, we had reinforced the packing for the goods. One steel pipe in one container, with an interval of 2 meters. Wooden piles shall be driven on both sides of the pipe body for fixation, and a fixed rope shall be added every 2 meters to ensure that the goods cannot move during transportation.
