Xinyue received an inquiry from Peruvian customers on May 6, 2021. It was known that the natural gas was required to transport to customers’ plant in two parts, the first part of transmission pipeline was about 150 metric tons, the second transmission pipeline was about 1800 metric tons. As it was an important local project and in order to ensure safety, the customer ordered a batch of spiral tubes with an batch of OD1700xWT10MM as samples for testing. As a spiral steel pipe manufacturer, Xinyue had strong ability on resource integration and had many years of production experience, there was no doubt that Xinyue is 100% confident to become a reliable supplier of this project. During the negotiation, the customer sent a Chinese agent to visit our company. Xinyue actively cooperated in the whole process, provided various materials required by the customer, showed Xinyue’s previous successful cases in the South American market, invited the customer agent to visit the factory for guidance, and fully demonstrated Xinyue’s expertise and strength in all aspects, which made the customer more convinced and determined to choose Xinyue as the first choice for this project. At present, under the influence of the over-all situation, the shipping cost is rising, which increases the burden on customers to a great extent. With many years of overseas transportation experience, Xinyue has formulated a set of reasonable quotation and transportation scheme for customers, and reduce costs for customers based on our rich experience. The customer was very satisfied with this and quickly signed a sample order with Xinyue.

For a long time, Xinyue has taken a very serious attitude towards the control of product quality and production details. After receiving the customer’s order this time, Xinyue continued to adhere to this principle, took images and kept files from the production process, product testing, product identification, product shipment and other processes, formed a report and sent it to the customer for re-inspection. The customer highly praised the rigorous working attitude and sincere service of Xinyue team. At present, the samples have been shipped successfully and are expected to arrive in early August.
