In middle of September 2021, Tianjin Xinyue received another order from a regular Australian customer, who is a local trader and regularly orders steel products from our company to supplement daily inventory consumption. Both parties first met in 2018. The types of steel pipes inquired by the customer contained seamless pipe, longitudinal welded pipe and submerged arc welded pipe, with the outer diameter of steel pipe ranging from 13.7mm to 1016mm, the materials range from ordinary A53 / A106 gr.b to pipeline pipe API 5L gr.b/x42/x52, as well as local special materials as1163 C350 / L0; After more than one year of negotiation and communication, we had established tacit understanding and trust. In early 2019, Tianjin Xinyue marketing department visited the Australian market. After a pleasant interview, the customers further deepened their understanding of Xinyue, and immediately purchased a trial order from our company, thus establishing a preliminary cooperation. The trip of cooperation between the two sides was successfully opened.

The product of this order was seamless steel pipe, the executive standard and material was ASTM A106 gr.b, the diameter range was DN15-DN300, the wall thickness range was sch40 – sch160, and the length was 6m, totally involved more than 20 specifications. It was complex. In addition to the above product requirements, the customer also clearly put forward that all goods must be shipped within 25 days.

Within the first time after receiving the inquiry, the sales specialist searched on Xinyue’s inventory system. 90% of the products required by the customer could be delivered out of the warehouse immediately as finished products. Only one size with an outer diameter of 17.1mm needed to ready within 2 weeks, we could fully met the customer’s demand for 25 day shipment. The strong inventory strength helped Xinyue hand over a perfect answer. At present, all goods are ready for shipment when the ship arrives at the port.
