The order took as long as half a year to sign,

and the customer had done in-depth

and detailed investigation and research on Xinyue

at the beginning of the inquiry,

including the examination of various qualifications and certificates,

as well as the understanding of Xinyue’s past cooperation projects,

and witnessed the production strength

and technical ability of the factory through a third party,

which, of course, could not be separated from the hard work

of the foreign trade specialist of the order.

After half a year of unremitting efforts and perseverance,

Xinyue successfully obtained the right to supply this order.

This is a drinking water purification project,

which involves people’s livelihood.

In order to ensure the safety of drinking water,

the fittings must meet the food grade,

so the requirements of the order are extremely strict

and the range of products is also very wide,

including steel pipes, fittings, flanges, bolts and nuts and gaskets,

which basically cover the materials used for the whole project,

and also require a non-toxic and harmless anti-corrosion coating

for all the steel pipes and fittings.

Therefore, after a detailed study of the products in the contract,

the technical department of Xinyue provided the customer

with detailed drawings for reference on the one hand;

on the other hand,

Xinyue took the initiative to submit the WRAS non-toxic certificate

of the anti-corrosion coating to the customer,

demonstrating Xinyue’s professionalism

and enhancing the customer’s trust in Xinyue.

After more than two months,

Xinyue successfully completed the production of

all the products and the coating was meticulously inspected

by a third party company and the data obtained was 100%

in line with the order requirements.

The whole batch was shipped to the project site by rail in February this year.
