Developing steel pipe industry deeply, Xinyue has always been committed to build the world, serve the globe. On April, we received an inquiry about square tube from Greece. The customer signed the contract after one week of negotiation. The source of this customer is recommended by one of our regular customers. This new customer is a building contractor with 30 years experience in Greece. The successful case of providing MOTOR OIL steel pipe for Greece was the key reason of signing the contract.

The square tube was produced under EN10219, with S355JOH high grade material and size 320*320*16*12000mm. The contract was signed during the increasing of market price. We arranged raw material as soon as received the contract and bank receipt. The delivery time was 35 days on the contract. Due to the speciality of raw material for this grade, raw material arrival time would be 25 days or more. It was during holidays when the raw material arrived, workers worked day and night in the factory to complete production. At that time, the space of ship was scarce, we booked the first vessel after holiday to ensure the delivery time.

We always uphold the principles of only supplying products with guaranteed quality. All the products have passed the inspection and are delivered on time. The customer gave their recognition for Xinyue’s quick response ability and expressed the long-term cooperation intention. Now, square tube produced by Xinyue contributes to bridge construction in Greece, the relationship between Xinyue and the customer becomes more stable and builds a solid foundation for future cooperation.
