On January 10, 2022, we received an inquiry from a new customer in Europe. The customer is a trade distributor, distributing building materials in the local market and abroad.

The inquiry for this order is ERW welded pipe, which requires three specifications and lengths. The order is not complicated, but in order to successfully expand

this new customer, Xinyue has made great efforts. During the negotiation and follow-up period of several months, the business specialist has always kept close contact

with the customer, constantly updated the price and strived for the best purchase time for the customer. Finally, in early of April, the customer took the initiative to send

an email to our company to determine the final price, and quickly signed the PI.
